Our products are custom-made to your specifications. As such we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.

Please double check your details before placing your order, as we cannot make changes once production begins. Please do contact us if you require any help with sizing, we are happy to adjust any listed size if required.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please do contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the issue. If eligible, we can offer a replacement or refund.
