Returns
We hope you love your order, but if something isn't quite right, here's how we handle returns.
Custom Made-to-Order Items
All custom made-to-order products are created specifically to your chosen size, colour and specifications. Because of this, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds if you change your mind.
However, if your items arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it and we'll make it right - whether it's a replacement, repair or refund. Please send a photo and detailed description of the issue.
Please ensure all measurements and details are correct before completing your purchase.
And please do contact us if you require any help with sizing, we are happy to adjust any listed size if required.
Pre-Made & Ready to Ship Items
If you change your mind about a pre-made, ready to ship item, you have 14 days from delivery to let us know you would like to return it, and to be returned within 30 days from delivery.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In it's original condition
- In it's original packaging
Return postage costs are to be covered by the customer.
Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. If the item does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible with photos and details of the issue.
Once confirmed, we'll cover the return postage costs and offer a repair, replacement or refund.
Refunds are processed once items have been returned and inspected.
