BIOTHANE LEADS

Standard leads are available in two widths - 16mm & 19mm and two lengths of 1.0m & 1.3m

Two Tone leads are available in two widths - 16mm & 19mm and two lengths of 1.0m & 1.2m

If you require a different lead length to what is currently available, please do contact us as we are happy to make alternative lengths for you.

ROPE LEADS

Two choices of length: 3.5ft, 4ft or 5ft - total length

Also available as a slip lead with a rope length of 5ft

As handmade the lengths may vary. Rope thickness 10mm

The hardware we use is a colour coated zinc material.
Although durable, always rinse well after contact with salt water, and dry whenever possible after soggy walks to keep it looking its best. Colour coating may show wear over time.

BIOTHANE® PRODUCTS

BioThane® is a brand of a high quality PVC coated polyester webbing. It's really durable and easy to clean using a damp cloth. If really dirty, carefully wash with a little soap and water. Rinse well & dry with a towel.
Always rinse well after any contact with salt water.

The rope and can be wiped with a wet cloth or if really dirty can be cleaned with a mild soap in water. Do not use harsh scrubbing brushes or anything with a rough surface as this may damage your rope.

Each item is made-to-order and can take up to 1 week before being dispatched.

Ready to ship items will be dispatched within a couple of days.

Once dispatched, orders are sent by 2nd class Royal Mail, usually 2-4 working days.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We hope you love your order, but if something isn't quite right, here's how we handle returns.

Custom Made-to-Order Items

All custom made-to-order products are created specifically to your chosen size, colour and specifications. Because of this, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds if you change your mind.

However, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we'll make it right - whether it's a replacement, repair or refund. Please send a photo and detailed description of the issue.

Please ensure all measurements and details are correct before completing your purchase. Please see our Measuring Guide for help with measuring your dog's neck, or contact us.

And please do contact us if you require any help with sizing, we are happy to adjust any listed size if required.

Pre-Made & Ready to Ship Items

If you change your mind about a pre-made, ready to ship item, you have 14 days from delivery to let us know you would like to return it, and to be returned within 30 days from delivery.

Returned items must be:

• Unused
• In it's original condition
• In it's original packaging

Return postage costs are covered by the customer.

Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. If the item does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to decline the refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible with photos and details of the issue.

Once confirmed, we'll cover the return postage costs and offer a repair, replacement or refund.

Refunds are processed once items have been returned and inspected.

If you wish to arrange a return, please contact us before sending your item back.

Your dog’s safety is our top priority. Please read the following before using our products.

Our collars, leads and accessories are handmade and designed for everyday use. As each item is handcrafted, slight variations may occur, making every piece unique.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct size and correct, suitable products are chosen for their dog. Please check that all collars, leads and accessories are properly fitted before each use.

Our products should be inspected regularly for signs of wear, damage or loose rivet connections. If any item becomes worn or damaged, discontinue use immediately and replace it.

No dog accessory is indestructible. We cannot guarantee that our products will withstand excessive pulling, chewing or rough use. Dogs should never be left unattended while wearing collars, leads or accessories.

We recommend that puppies, strong pullers and dogs with known behavioural issues are supervised when using our products.

We cannot accept responsibility for injury, loss or damage resulting from misuse, improper fitting, failure to inspect products, or normal wear and tear.
